All of Gile Appraisal Services’s appraisers are State Certified Residential and have experience in all areas of real estate including underwriting, consulting, and rental management.

Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O) is held by all appraisers and each client assigned to Gile Appraisal Services is covered at the maximum level. Proof of insurance can be found listed among the appraiser profiles and a hard copy can be furnished upon request.


Steven Gile, SRA
Steven formed Gile Appraisals, to simplify the appraisal process for his clients. Steven has an extensive Real Estate and construstion background and consistently integrates technology into corporate structure in order to streamline clients’ appraisal needs. Steven Gile holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a specialiest in high end and one of a kind residential properties.


Edward Nugent
Ed has appraised residential and 2 to 4 unit properties for the past 9 years, and has been licensed since 1999. He prides herself on extensive knowledge and expertise in his service areas. Ed has appraised real estate full time since 1999 and because he enjoys the challenge of determining the estimated value of properties using the most current appraisal methods and technology. Ed stays abreast of all changes and improvements in his field of expertise by participating in continuing education classes yearly.
